Terms of payment

• Placement consultants charge the company 8-14% of the annual CTC of the selected candidate depending on the salary level, position, number and kinds of tests performed, level of support required, etc.

• Payment within 30 days of invoice generation

• Replacement policy of 90 days

• Candidates are not required to pay anything
