Recruitment policy

Initial screening of CVs

First round of interview is conducted by our technical experts only, so that you will get the screened CVs only

Briefing them with job responsibilities of the job being interviewed for.

Helping them crack the interview by way of personality development and by boosting their self-confidence level.


Sending them for the interview and making sure they get the best offer.


A profile shall be considered our profile from the day of sending upto 6 months.

terms of payment

Placement consultants charge the company 8-14% of the annual CTC of the selected candidate depending on the salary level, position, number and kinds of tests performed, level of support required, etc.

Payment within 30 days of invoice generation

Replacement policy of 90 days

Candidates are not required to pay anything
